Wickford harbor, RI Wickford Harbor, RI hypoxic and sulfidic waters Helicopter view of Wickford Harbor, RI during a sever hypoxic event. Water appears to have the "milky" look of sulfur precipitating out due to near anoxic waters mixing with surface waters.
